One unique aspect of Walsh’s approach involves teaming our project managers, estimators, and superintendents with licensed architects on our staff who focus on design analysis, quality assurance review, and coordination on each project. With broad experience in both design and construction, these architects bring a perspective to our team that enhances our ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the broader project team during both the preconstruction and construction phases.
Because Walsh negotiates the majority of our projects, we have extensive experience in working with the owner and design team during preconstruction. We understand our role as guardian of the budget while assuring the project is built in the most expeditious manner, to the highest standards of quality. The backbone of all this is experience.
